Continuing with the hexagonal form, Arata worked faster and with greater accuracy this time. His progress may be gradual, but it’s clearly moving in the right direction.

Arata returned to basic pencil drawing with a cube study. His perspective is truly intriguing—everything appears as if viewed through a fisheye lens. It’s a unique and refreshing approach.

I let him draw freely with charcoal during the final session. It looked much better! He was able to use the charcoal more confidently and express his emotions more easily.

The new sessions come with a huge challenge. We have a lot of work to do to help him understand the method for working with complex objects.

We tried some slightly more complex still life objects. I think he got more excited with the change. The drawing needs one more session to finish
