After another two days of work, Emma completed this still-life painting.
She spent a little while working on the flower details, but overall, the aurora-like ground and the decorative techniques used on the wooden horse remain especially creative. All the elements are coherent and thoughtfully connected, together, form an engaging story within the artwork! -

Emma started a still-life painting today. The coloring this time was impressive! The aurora-like ground, the horse patterns she created, and even the snowy window that matches the aurora theme, every element shows her creativity and control over color. This artwork was off to a wonderful start!

Emma completed the value scale today. She mixed the colors quickly and beautifully. Then she studied lighting and shadow. This part could use a bit more practice and more careful painting, but overall, it was a very fruitful practice session!

The scenery drawing was finished! Every details, from the tiny characters to the carefully chosen colors, came together perfectly. It took longer than expected since many of the elements were too small and required extra patience, but the final result was absolutely worth it! We were so proud of how much effort and creativity Emma put into this piece!

Emma continued working on her scenery drawing and completed the Christmas half today. The details on this side not only tell its own story but also connect beautifully with the other half, and vice versa. We were excited to hear the full story!
