Used some glitter and cover the background today!

Final class of her first course! Tayuna sketched out a scene of herself and two friends getting an award for the dance competition.

She learnt to use gouache paint today for the still-life drawing. She has a great feeling with pastel colors – this drawing is one of my favorites! The proportions can be improved and the brushstrokes can be done more carefully, however. Keep up with the good work!

Tayuna requested to draw her father for his birthday! It is done beautifully using watercolor. In this drawing, she learnt:
– how to draw a face
– how to do wet on wet, wet on dry (watercolor techniques)
– how to do shadows for white objects
One of her best works so far. Well done!
