Trying to control charcoal on paper. Good result

Adding charcoal on pencil sketch: Needs to work more on overall values, but she has good understanding of how light works.

Drawing head statue today with pencil. She learnt the difference between Asian and European proportions.

Finished the drawing with charcoal today… Needs more control on values, but she used charcoal with confidence and was not afraid to make mistakes.

Good method of measuring proportions, she can control the general composition.
