Is Package 0 really free?
Yes. Package 0 is sending your most recent artwork for Art Tutor to review and suggest a suitable contest. Packages 1, 2 and 3 are paid.
Does a contest suggestion mean the work is accepted?
No. Package 0 is a review and a contest suggestion only. Acceptance or prizes belong to the organizer — the studio does not guarantee results.
Who is Package 0 (Free) for?
Parents who want to send the most recent artwork for Art Tutor to review and suggest a suitable contest — no fee.
Who is Package 1 (1,200,000 VND) for?
When the artwork is ready to enter: Art Tutor prepares the application, submits it, and follows up until results are in.
Who is Package 2 (2,500,000 VND) for?
When you already have artwork: Art Tutor reviews it, with a score sheet from an artist, notes to finish/refine, then submit and follow up.
Who is Package 3 (5,500,000 VND) for?
Students who need to create from scratch: 6 sessions, professional review, artist direction, submit and follow up. Current Art Tutor Hanoi students: 500,000 VND.
Do package fees include organizer / shipping fees?
No. Organizer fees (e.g. Colibri USD 10–30 if applicable) and shipping (if any) follow each contest’s rules, billed separately.
How long until review feedback?
Usually a few working days after we have clear photos & details. Slots may be limited near exhibition deadlines.
How do we start?
Send the Package 0 form (most recent artwork, free) → get a review & contest suggestion → if you want to submit / refine / create from scratch, choose Package 1, 2 or 3.
