How it works (simple)
- Send artwork free — fill the form, upload 1–3 pieces (no payment yet).
- Teachers review — we reply: ready to submit / needs refine / not ready yet. Usually within a few working days (slots may be limited near deadlines).
- Only if suitable — choose a package of 500,000 VND or 2,500,000 VND so the studio can support docs / refine and submit per the exhibition rules.
A free upload does not guarantee a paid package seat. “Suitable” means the studio is ready to support registration — it is not a prize promise or an organizer acceptance guarantee.

FAQ
Is the free upload really free?
Yes. Step 1 is only artwork upload for a readiness check. You pay a support package only when both sides agree the work is suitable (or needs refine via package B/C).
What does “suitable” mean?
The studio agrees to support registration / submission under the package you choose. It does not mean a prize or that the organizer must accept the entry — results belong to the organizer.
Who is Package A (500,000 VND) for?
After free review: artwork is already suitable — studio handles docs + submission.
Who is Package B (2,500,000 VND) for?
After free review: you need selection / refine to criteria, then submission — artists guide refine + docs.
Who is Package C (3,050,000 VND) for?
When you need 6 lessons + finish 1 artwork before entry, as advised after review.
Do package fees include organizer / shipping fees?
No. Organizer fees (e.g. Colibri USD 10–30 if applicable) and shipping (if any) follow each contest’s rules, billed separately.
How long until review feedback?
Usually a few working days after we have clear photos & details. Slots may be limited near exhibition deadlines.
How do we start?
Send the free form (upload artwork) → wait for teacher feedback → if suitable, confirm package A or B (or C if more lessons are needed).
