Back to still life – today she tried some watercolor techniques. Wet-on-wet was a bit more challenging to control, but she handled it well overall.
She pays great attention to detail and is able to compare proportions effectively. She is also very proactive in studying the reference, observing carefully and independently – her observation skills are strong for her age. The overall proportions are good.
We can continue working on line control, especially using longer and more confident lines, and also encourage her to step back and see the bigger picture before moving into details.
Great effort – keep it up!
