For the final project of the Basic Pencil Drawing course, Annie began a still life drawing of three objects. She is constructing the forms quickly and confidently.Hopefully, we will complete the drawing over the next two lessons.

Next, Annie moved on to drawing a hexagonal prism. She constructed the form very quickly, which is impressive because this is a challenging exercise for most students. -

Annie practiced hatching with graphite pencil. This is one of the fundamental exercises that every professional artist learns as part of their drawing training. -

Next, Annie moved on to drawing a pyramid. She is becoming much more confident with the measuring stick, and her construction is now faster and more accurate. -

In her first lesson, Annie practiced measuring and drawing a basic cube. She made a strong start and is already becoming familiar with using a measuring stick to check proportions.
