Rei created a thoughtful artwork for the ocean conservation competition using colored pencils. He carefully developed textures on the sea turtle’s shell and used patterns to create an engaging underwater scene. Rei did a well done job studying the Impressionist style of drawing with still life of a tomato. Keep going! -
The frist session focused on impressionism and its techniques, along with color wheel exercises. Rei quickly mastered the color wheel and mixed colors relatively accurately. -
Rei performed well in the trial lesson, which included drawing exercises based on models and exercises to stimulate his imagination.
