Her value development progressed more slowly than I had expected. She may have been struggling to use a single technique to describe a variety of complex forms. In our next session, we’ll spend some time experimenting with different approaches and working through this challenge together. -

Learning from her previous studies, she organized the composition much more effectively this time. Through a great deal of effort, the accuracy of the forms has also improved significantly. Good job! -

Her hatching and cross-hatching have become much more confident. The forms are clearly defined, and the values are well balanced. However, she should pay a little more attention when developing the values to avoid unintentionally altering the shapes established in the earlier stages. -

With great effort, she did much better this time. Not only was her use of space improved, but the accuracy of her drawing was also stronger. Well, that’s quite a comeback.
