12th lesson!
Quyen make a clay drawing today. I love the color and her characters! They are so lively!
Hope she can use the color in her usual drawings as freely as she does in this clay one. -

11th lesson!
We completed the cubism piece this week. Through trials and error, in the end, Quyen’s piece turned out great. Hope this exercise could show you what is Cubism more clearly. -

10th lesson!
Today’s lesson explored Cubism, focusing on observing and combining multiple viewpoints. The class studied the idea of analytic cubism by drawing a ceramic bird from different angles, then cutting and rearranging the drawings into one composition.
Quyen was very productive today! She completed three bird drawings – one fully developed with a background, one prepared for cutting, and another extra piece – plus one more drawing as a gift.
She also patiently helped Sansa with her work. Seeing the two of them drawing happily together was such a wonderful moment!
