Today, we practiced upside-down drawing to improve hand-eye coordination. Then, father and daughter exchanged their drawings and added color to each other’s work. It was interesting to see how each of them approached the same artwork differently.
In the second exercise, they observed a still life with a bunny and fruit. Both showed more consistent proportions and composition than before. Ibuki captured the bunny’s character well, while K. handled the textures with confidence. They will continue to pay closer attention to small proportions and details as they develop their observation skills.
