Today, Khanh began learning value blocking and shading. She practiced observing values across different hues. We encouraged her to relax her hand and use looser, more confident strokes when shading. -

24/5/2026Khanh is beginning to explore how to render different materials. Shading glass was a bit difficult, but she made good progress. We encouraged her to be bolder with shading while keeping the overall values balanced. Great results.
